Each pack contains 70 White, pink and rose gold confetti balloons in 5 and 12 inch, 4 rose gold 18inch round foil balloons, 6 pink paper honeycombs, 6 pink paper fans, 8 tassels in pink and rose gold with 4 meters of balloon tape, clear twine & glue dots.
Balloon garlands come with all components to assemble at home. you might want to add a balloon pump to your order though.
