RETURN AND DELIVERY OPTIONS
LAST ORDERS BEFORE CHRISTMAS: 18th December 2020 for standard deliveries and 21st of December for express deliveries.
We are working as a small team in our warehouse to allow us to apply safe working distances to reduce the risk of virus infection. We are working hard to try and keep delivery times short as possible. However it is possible that there will be some delays. Following high demand on the website it may take up to 5 days to dispatch orders and there are also some instances where delivery companies are facing staff shortages in some areas so delivery may also be delayed. We thank you for your understanding during these testing times where we balance the well being of our staff and logistics of serving our customers.
23/11/2020 Though we are despatching orders from our warehouse within 2 to 3 days we understand Royal Mail are handling very high volumes of parcels currently and some depots are not processing the deliveries within 48 hours. This unfortunately is beyond our control.

Standard Delivery - £4.50
You will receive your parcel within 5 working days*
Next Day Delivery - £8.00 **
Order by 12:00 PM today for delivery tomorrow. ** Nothern Ireland and Channel Island deliveries can take up to 2-3 working days.
Personalised orders and pre-filled party cones will be subject to an additional day as these products are made on demand and not pre-made to make sure the sweets and the cones stay as fresh as possible.
Your parcel will be dispatched on the day of order to arrive with you by 5.00pm the next working day* (orders placed after 1pm Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day*) Customers will get an email or text message advising of the delivery slot that it will have just 1h delivery window. That slot can be changed on the same day.
* Please note- Working days are Monday- Friday excluding weekends and bank holidays.
FREE COLLECTION FROM OUR OFFICES IN RICHMOND (TW9)
If you live locally and it is more convenient, you can pick up you order from our offices in Richmond. Simply select 'For Collection' at the checkout to deduct the delivery charge. Please allow two working days for your order to be processed and contact us to arrange a collection time.

Delivery to Europe usually takes 7-10 working days and to the rest of the world 15-21 working days
